Before the public release of the application, a study was conducted with more than 300 volunteers who had various personal development goals.
Participants were divided into several groups to evaluate how consistency and program usage influenced results.
The study examined factors such as:
how consistently users listened to sessions
whether Booster sessions were used
how listening frequency affected outcomes
The results showed that consistent listening significantly improved outcomes.
Participants who listened to sessions regularly and used Booster sessions showed the highest levels of progress. Those who listened less frequently still experienced benefits, but results tended to appear more gradually.
These findings highlight the importance of regular practice and consistent engagement with the program.
