Why was my payment declined?

We accept payments through several major providers, including:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Maestro

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • JCB

  • UnionPay

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

If your payment was declined, try the following:

  • confirm that your card has not expired

  • check that sufficient funds are available

  • verify that online and international payments are enabled

  • try another payment method

If the issue continues, please contact your bank.

If you see a pending charge but the purchase was not completed, it may be a temporary authorization. These usually disappear within a few days depending on your bank.
