If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so via the client portal at https://magnetmind.app/client/magnet-mind/login. Alternatively, you can send a cancellation request email to hello@magnetmind.app.
If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, it must be canceled directly through those platforms.
Important notes:
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If you cannot find your subscription on the self-service, check your App Store or Google Play account.
